Transfer and reinstatement of students in higher and postgraduate education organizations
The government service allows students to transfer from one higher education organization to another or to be reinstated after academic leave or expulsion. Transfer is carried out if there are vacancies in the relevant specialty and subject to completion of the curriculum at the previous organization.
