President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev spoke at the meeting of the National Council on Science and Technology. He emphasized that:
- Economic growth is directly dependent on science;
- Within the next three years, Kazakhstan must become a digital nation, widely implementing artificial intelligence across all sectors;
- Despite global challenges, crises also create new opportunities;
- During recent visits to China and the United States, major agreements were signed: with China — 70 investment contracts worth $15 billion, with the U.S. — agreements exceeding $5.2 billion;
- Negotiations were held with leading global corporations such as Amazon, Meta, and Goldman Sachs.
