As part of the “Law and Order” campaign, a seminar titled “Student and Legal Responsibility” was held on February 6, 2026 at Student Dormitory No. 13. The main purpose of the seminar was to increase students’ legal awareness, explain their rights and responsibilities, promote a culture of discipline in the dormitory, and prevent legal violations.

The seminar was attended by KALSHAYEV Esengali Turlybekovich, Deputy Director of the Student Campus; Dikhan Berik Kuanyshbayuly, Chief Specialist of the Student Campus; Satybaldiyeva Bakytkul Bakytbekovna, Chief Specialist of the Student Campus; Tursynbai Zhazira Zulkairkyzy, Chief Specialist of the Student Campus; as well as the dormitory superintendent Mansiya apai.

During the seminar, students living in the dormitory were thoroughly informed about the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, their rights and obligations, standards of discipline and cleanliness, maintaining public order, and preventing misconduct. In addition, topics such as everyday culture, mutual respect, safety rules, and personal responsibility were discussed.

The event was held in an open discussion format, where students asked questions of interest and freely expressed their opinions. This contributed to enhancing their legal awareness and fostering an active civic attitude.

After the meeting, the organizers visited dormitory rooms to review students’ living conditions. The sanitary condition of the rooms, discipline level, and household needs were assessed, and identified shortcomings were recorded in a special list. Further joint work with the Student Campus administration is planned to address these issues.
