Constitutional reform: a meeting with the Kazakh State Circus
On February 9, 2026, faculty members of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law at 91传媒 Kazakh National University held a special meeting with the staff of the Kazakh State Circus in Almaty dedicated to the constitutional reform.
The meeting was attended by Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor A.K. Issabekov, PhD, Associate Professor S.H. Abdullina, and Master of Legal Sciences, Senior Lecturer K.N. Alikhan. During the meeting, the key provisions of the draft new Constitution were thoroughly explained, and participants’ questions were answered.
The meeting was also attended by the Director of the Kazakh State Circus M.M. Zhaikov and Deputy Directors T.A. Amirenov and N.S. Altaev, who shared their views and expressed their support for the draft Constitution.
Such meetings contribute to strengthening open dialogue with society and enhancing legal awareness.
