Chairman of the Board Rector of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Zhanseit Tuimebayev received a delegation of the Azhiniyaz Nukus State Pedagogical Institute as part of the expansion of international cooperation.

 

During the meeting, the rector welcomed the guests and expressed gratitude for their interest in expanding cooperation between universities. Zhanseit Tuimebayev noted that KazNU actively cooperates with 20 universities and institutes of Uzbekistan, including three organizations from Karakalpakstan. Currently, 218 students from Uzbekistan study at the university. KazNU students and teachers actively participate in scientific internships, educational programs and international conferences, which contributes to the development of academic ties and the exchange of experience.

"We strive to deepen cooperation through the expansion of academic mobility of students and teachers, the organization of short–term scientific internships, summer and winter schools, joint research projects, as well as participation in international publications and grant competitions".- Zhanseit Tuimebayev emphasized.

Gulbakhar Begmuratova, Vice-rector of the Azhiniyaz Nukus State Pedagogical Institute, also expressed her willingness to further develop cooperation and spoke in detail about the activities of her educational institution.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the prospects for cooperation in the scientific and educational fields, as well as the exchange of experience and resources to improve the quality of student training and the development of joint projects.
