Cooperation between KazNU and youth of Azerbaijan is strengthening
Chairman of the Board – Rector of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Zhanseit Tuimebayev held talks with a delegation from Azerbaijan led by Chairman of the public association "Young Reformers" Farid Shahbazli.
During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of student exchange under the academic mobility program and the implementation of joint projects for young students. In addition, the possibilities of organizing forums, seminars, summer schools and internship programs aimed at the professional and personal development of young people were considered.

The head of the university, Zhanseit Tuimebayev, stressed that the expansion of international cooperation is one of the priorities of the university, and noted the importance of strengthening ties between the youth of fraternal countries.

In turn, Farid Shahbazli expressed readiness to bring the partnership between the youth of Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan to a new level and expressed interest in joint implementation of specific initiatives.

"I am well aware that the rector of KazNU is always ready to step up partnership relations between the Turkic countries. I believe that today's negotiations will help to implement large–scale projects in the future",- said Farid Shahbazli.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed on the systematic development of mutually beneficial cooperation and expressed their intention to approve a plan of specific measures, as well as formalize bilateral agreements in the near future.
