The strategic role of professional ethics in improving the quality of education is defined
Within the framework of the expert strategic session "Academic Management and Quality of Education: intensive for managers and teachers", an expert practical track "Ethics of Teaching and Conflict Management" was held, organized by the Department of Academic Affairs in cooperation with the Department of General and Applied Psychology of the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science.
The track was dedicated to the issues of professional ethics of teaching, culture of academic communication and effective resolution of difficult situations in the educational environment. Representatives of the university's faculty and staff of academic departments took part in its work.

Experts emphasized the special importance of such programs. In their opinion, the university audience is changing rapidly: digital transformation is shaping students' new cognitive and behavioral characteristics, which, in turn, is changing students' expectations of the learning process. In such conditions, the formation of a psychologically favorable and professionally organized educational environment becomes one of the key tasks of a modern teacher.

During the work, the participants discussed the most common situations that arise in university practice: appeals from students and teachers, issues of academic integrity, respect for professional boundaries, as well as features of communication in the digital environment in messengers and social networks.

The practical part of the track was based on the analysis of real cases. The participants considered specific scenarios of interaction between teachers and students, analyzed the causes of tense situations, possible risks of their escalation, and discussed algorithms for the teacher's professional response. This format allowed us to consider complex situations not just as a problem, but as a "managed process" that requires a communicative culture.

According to the participants, the track has become an important platform for professional reflection on everyday teaching practice.
This format allowed us to take a fresh look at the existing models of working with students and opened the way to making new pedagogical and managerial decisions.
