In the context of the digital transformation of the humanities, the AP23489121 project "School–University Collaborative Environment: the implementation of scientific projects within the framework of the Digital Humanities concept" forms a new academic image based on the integration of classical research traditions and modern digital technologies. The project's image policy is based on three key areas: creating a recognizable scientific brand, ensuring international visibility, and building a reputation for an innovative educational model.
The image of the project is shaped through a system of public communications and scientific achievements. The development of specialized educational and methodological manuals has become an important element of reputational capital. The manual “Ғылым неден басталады?” is positioned as a conceptual foundation for the formation of a research culture, while the publication “Fundamentals of Scientific Project Activity within the Concept of Digital Humanities” is presented as a next-generation practical guide integrating digital competencies into humanities education. The publication of these materials contributes to the recognition of the project as an authoritative source of methodological developments in the field of Digital Humanities in the CIS countries.
A key event in shaping the international image of the project was the presentation at the XVII International Scientific Conference in Burgas (Bulgaria), where the “Third Space” model was introduced. The presentation attracted the interest of researchers from Europe, Asia, and Africa, which ensured the project’s status as an innovative educational initiative with global potential. Scientific visits to Moscow and St. Petersburg, including cooperation with the Higher School of Economics, made it possible to position the project as part of the all-Russian and international scientific space. The adaptation of advanced methods of cognitive linguistics and artificial intelligence tools strengthens the project’s image as a modern research initiative aligned with current global trends.
The developed online platform performs a dual function: on the one hand, it is a working tool for collaborative research; on the other hand, it is a visual embodiment of the project’s philosophy. The platform demonstrates the technological capability of the team and creates the image of a modern digital laboratory accessible to a wide range of participants. The image policy of the project “Collaborative Environment School–University” is built on the principles of academic openness, international integration, and technological innovation. Participation in major scientific events, publication of educational and methodological materials, and the development of digital infrastructure form a stable positive image of the project as a leader in the implementation of Digital Humanities in the educational practice of Kazakhstan.
