An Open Class Held within the Framework of Pedagogical Practice
On March 27, 2026, an open class was conducted as part of the pedagogical practice of Demeuova Bakytgul Maratkyzy, a 1st-year doctoral student of the educational program “8D11102 – Tourism and Hospitality” at the 91ý Kazakh National University, Faculty of Geography and Environmental Sciences, Department of Recreational Geography and Tourism.
The event was held at the Turan University, in room 518 (Satpayev Street, 16A).
The open class was devoted to the topic: “Innovation Risks and Their Management. The Concept of Innovation Strategy.” The session included two parts:
– a seminar session from 16:10 to 17:00;
– an open lecture from 17:10 to 18:00.

Students of the educational programs 6B11102 – “Restaurant and Hotel Business” and 6B11103 – “Innovative Management in Tourism and Hospitality” took part in the class.
During the session, various types of innovation risks, methods of their management, as well as the essence and significance of innovation strategy were comprehensively discussed. Students actively participated in discussions and completed practical tasks.
