Today on April 09,2026, the al-Farabi Kazakh National University hosted the ceremonial opening of the International Scientific Conference of Students and Young Researchers “Farabi Alemі”. The event brought together representatives from leading universities in Kazakhstan and abroad, uniting young researchers in the spirit of scientific inquiry and knowledge exchange.

The conference continued with sectional work. The Faculty of Law presented 12 thematic directions, three of which are held at the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, and Criminology:

Current Issues of Judicial Authority and Criminal Procedure
Current Issues of Forensics and Judicial Expertise
Current Issues of Criminal Law, Penal Law, and Criminology
