📚 Digitalization and Artificial Intelligence in the Law Enforcement System: A Scientific Perspective of Young Researchers
The Council of Young Scientists of the Department of Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure and Criminalistics took part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference “The Law Enforcement System of Kazakhstan in the New Global Reality: State, Reforms, Development,” which was held on April 10, 2026, at the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan named after Makan Yessbulatov in a hybrid format 🎓🌍
As part of the conference, representatives of the department delivered presentations, presenting the results of their research and relevant views on current challenges in the field of criminal law and law enforcement activities 📚⚖️
According to the program, the following presentations were delivered:
✨ Zhaqysh Akerke Zhenisqyzy — “Digitalization of the Law Enforcement System of the Republic of Kazakhstan: Challenges and Prospects in the New Global Reality”;
✨ Alimgazy Gulmaral Serikqyzy — “Criminal Liability of Artificial Intelligence.”
Participation in the conference provided an important opportunity to exchange experience, discuss relevant academic issues, and strengthen professional ties with domestic and international colleagues 🤝🌐
