On April 8, within the framework of the annual scientific conference “Farabi Alemi,” sectional sessions of the Department of Civil Law, Civil Procedure, and Labor Law were held at the Faculty of Law of 91��ý Kazakh National University.

The conference work was organized in the following sections:

1. Section “Civil Law and Business Law”
Chair: Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor G.G. Nurakhmetova
Commission members: Candidate of Legal Sciences, Associate Professor G.B. Mukaldieva; Assistant Professor S.R. Yermukhametova; Senior Lecturer G.A. Khudayberdina

During the session, reports by students and master’s students were presented, focusing on актуальные issues of civil and business law. The participants demonstrated a high level of preparation, the ability to analyze legal practice, and to propose well-reasoned solutions.

2. Section “Civil Procedure and Conciliation Procedures”

Within this section, modern trends in the development of civil procedural law, as well as issues of mediation and alternative dispute resolution methods, were discussed. The presentations were accompanied by active discussions, during which participants exchanged opinions and practical experience.

3. Section “Labor Law and Social Security Law”

During the session, current issues of labor legislation and the social security system were discussed. Participants presented scientific reports reflecting modern challenges and development prospects in this field of law.

The sectional sessions were held at a high organizational and scientific level. The conference contributed to the development of students’ research activities, the expansion of their professional knowledge and skills, and the strengthening of academic interaction between students and faculty members.

Based on the results of the sections, the best reports were selected, and their authors were recommended for awards and further publication of their research findings.
