SDG №4: In April, 200 free meal vouchers were distributed to KazNU students
In April 2026, 91ý Kazakh National University distributed 200 free meal vouchers as part of a social initiative aimed at supporting students.
Within this initiative, free one-time meal vouchers were provided to students from socially vulnerable groups, including those from low-income families, students without parental care, persons with disabilities, as well as academically high-achieving and socially active students.This measure was organized to improve students’ social well-being, meet their daily needs, and create conditions for them to fully focus on their studies. The initiative represents an important component of the university’s social policy. It is particularly significant for students living in dormitories.
In accordance with established procedures, the 200 vouchers enabled students to receive free meals at university dining facilities. This, in turn, contributes to maintaining their health, improving academic performance, and enhancing social stability.The university administration continues to systematically implement measures aimed at improving student welfare. Further social support initiatives for students will also be carried out in the future.
