“Current Issues in Russian Philology”

On April 8, 2026, within the framework of the “Farabi Alemi” Conference of Young Scholars and Students, 24 participants actively took part in the section “Current Issues in Russian Philology.” Among them:

11 participants were students of 91ý Kazakh National University;

6 participants were students of the Border Academy of the National Security Committee of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

5 participants were students of the International Information Technology University;

2 participants were students of Satbayev Kazakh National Research Technical University.

The participants’ presentations were prepared in accordance with the established requirements and delivered within the prescribed time limits.

As a result, one work was awarded the First Degree Diploma:

            1.         Dariga Butabaeva – student of 91ý Kazakh National University. Topic: “The Tragedy of the Loss of Cultural Memory in the Artistic World of Ch. Aitmatov (based on the novella ‘The White Ship’)”. Academic supervisor: PhD, Associate Professor Demchenko A.S.

Five works were awarded the Second Degree Diploma:

            1.         Sabina Suleimen – student of 91ý Kazakh National University. Topic: “Phonetic Expressiveness in the Works of M. Prishvin”. Academic supervisor: Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor Kogay E.R.

            2.         Aruzhan Adilova – student of 91ý Kazakh National University. Topic: “Linguocultural Analysis of the Concept ‘Silk Road’”. Academic supervisor: Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor Kogay E.R.

            3.         Charyyar Akhmedov – student of 91ý Kazakh National University. Topic: “The Use of Artificial Intelligence in Developing Students’ Phraseological Competence (based on students from Turkmenistan studying in Kazakhstan)”. Academic supervisor: Master of Humanities, Senior Lecturer Koilybaeva S.S.

            4.         Bekzat Abdirasil, Arystan Zhanseitov – students of the Border Academy of the NSC RK. Topic: “The Concept of ‘Patriotism’ in Students’ Perceptions (based on an associative experiment)”. Academic supervisor: Senior Lecturer Altynbek A.A.

            5.         Madiyar Mukhametzhan, Adiyat Yermekov – students of the Border Academy of the NSC RK. Topic: “The Concept of ‘Kurultai’ in Kazakhstan’s Media Discourse: Semantic and Value Content (based on an associative experiment)”. Academic supervisor: Senior Lecturer Altynbek A.A.

Four works were awarded the Third Degree Diploma:

            1.         Adilet Pernekul – student of the International Information Technology University. Topic: “The Language of Aggression on the Internet: Forms and Consequences”. Academic supervisor: Master of Pedagogical Sciences, Senior Lecturer Maulenova B.S.

            2.         Asylkhan Baizhakhanov, Bekzhan Amirbekov – students of the Border Academy of the NSC RK. Topic: “Representation of the Concept ‘National Security’ (based on an associative experiment)”. Academic supervisor: Senior Lecturer Altynbek A.A.

            3.         Aruanna Temirkhanova – student of 91ý Kazakh National University. Topic: “Linguistic Features of Texts Generated by Artificial Intelligence”. Academic supervisor: Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor Kogay E.R.

            4.         Danayym Satimbek – student of 91ý Kazakh National University. Topic: “The Phenomenon of Shame and Conscience in Literature and Culture”. Academic supervisor: Doctor of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor Salkhanova Zh.Kh.

The section “Current Issues in Russian Philology” was held at a high academic and organizational level. The participants presented informative and relevant reports that met all requirements, and the scientific discussion was active. The presented works demonstrated the development of students’ research skills. Overall, the objectives of the section were fully achieved, and the conference was conducted successfully and productively.
