91ý Kazakh National University consistently implements a systematic and strategic approach to developing students’ scientific potential and supporting their academic mobility. The university creates comprehensive conditions for students to participate in national and international intellectual competitions, placing special emphasis on training highly qualified and competitive specialists of a new generation. As a clear result of these efforts, students of the “Nuclear Physics” educational program successfully represented the university at the XVIII Republican Subject Olympiad among higher education institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, held on April 17, 2026, at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University.

This Olympiad serves as a significant academic platform that brings together talented and motivated students from across the country. It is designed to comprehensively assess not only participants’ theoretical knowledge but also their practical skills, analytical thinking, ability to solve complex problems, and overall research competence. The competition program covered a wide range of topics, including fundamental principles of nuclear physics as well as modern areas such as nuclear reactions, radiation processes, and applied nuclear technologies.

According to the results of the Olympiad, students of 91ý KazNU achieved outstanding results, once again confirming the high quality of education at the university. In particular, Orazbay Ayan Ernatuly was awarded second place, demonstrating глубокое understanding of theoretical concepts, strong analytical abilities, and confidence in solving complex academic tasks. His achievement reflects dedication, perseverance, and a strong commitment to scientific excellence.

Turebayev Bakhytzhan Yerkinovich was awarded third place, demonstrating a high level of academic preparation and professional competence. During the Olympiad, he effectively handled challenging tasks and showed the ability to make well-reasoned decisions under time constraints, highlighting the strength of his knowledge and skills.

In addition, Nurmukhanbetov Batyrkhan Aibekuly was awarded a letter of appreciation for his active participation.
