Career Guidance Meeting at Almaty Bilim-Innovation Lyceum for Girls
On April 20, 2026, a career guidance meeting was held with students of Almaty Bilim-Innovation Lyceum for Girls, aimed at introducing schoolgirls to modern fields in information technology and artificial intelligence.
The event brought together senior school students interested in choosing their future profession and educational pathway.
The meeting was organized by SZPU and the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Big Data of the Faculty of Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence at 91传媒 Kazakh National University. Organizational support was provided by the department’s faculty members — M.E. Mansurova, Zh.P. Bazarbek, and T.S. Sarsembayeva.
During the meeting, the department’s educational programs were presented, highlighting key areas such as Data Science, artificial intelligence, and Big Data, along with insights into current trends in the IT industry.
Particular interest among the participants was generated by the speech of Adelya Bagatikova, a graduate of the Data Science educational program. She shared her personal academic experience, spoke about career opportunities in the IT field, and provided practical recommendations for building a professional career path.
Special attention was given to the practical aspects of education, opportunities for students to participate in research projects, internships, and international programs.
