A plan to create a digital campus was agreed upon
Chairman of the Board – Rector of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Zhanseit Tuimebayev held a meeting with a delegation led by the head of the Chinese company Danacoid, Mr. Yuan, and producer, representative of the media industry Hou Li.
Danacoid company is engaged in the production of LED screens for shopping malls, stages, as well as for the interior and exterior decoration of buildings. Mr. Yuan spoke about the main activities of the company and introduced the products.
"Our company specializes in the production of LED screens for various international events. We can develop LED screens of any shape. The production is fully automated, which allows us to maintain high product quality, as well as efficiently and quickly carry out the production process. In addition, we offer customized design solutions for customer requests",- said the head of the company.
The rector of KazNU noted the university's interest in cooperation with a Chinese company and suggested considering a joint project on campus digitalization. This initiative involves equipping academic buildings, classrooms, and research centers with modern LED screens and multimedia systems, as well as developing the university's information and communication infrastructure.
Following the negotiations, the parties agreed to establish a joint working group to work out the above-mentioned proposals and opinions.
After the meeting, the delegation members visited the scientific laboratories and centers of KazNU, and also got acquainted with the infrastructure of the educational institution.
