The conference was held online from April 18 to 19, 2026, on the Adama Yoga School’s platform, and attracted professionals from the helping professions: yoga instructors, hormonal yoga and yoga therapy instructors, psychologists, obstetricians-gynecologists, and practitioners of traditional Chinese medicine. The total number of participants exceeded 200. The most interesting aspects of the discussion were the application of peptide bioregulators and strategies for using bioidentical hormones to reduce menopausal symptoms and facilitate a smooth, gentle transition into menopause. This presentation at the conference, aimed at a wide range of participants from various CIS countries, was delivered in line with the Sustainable Development Goal: «Ensuring a healthy lifestyle and promoting well-being for all at every age».
