At the Faculty of Physics and Technology of Al Farabi Kazakh National University, on April 24, 2026 at 10:00, an open curatorial class on the topic “Law and order is the guarantee of a safe society” was held. The main goal of this event was to increase students' legal literacy, form respect for the law, explain the importance of public order and define the responsibility of each citizen in creating a safe society. During the open curatorial class, students showed activity, openly expressed their thoughts and exchanged opinions on the topic.

The meeting explained the role of law and order in society. It was emphasized that the law protects citizens’ rights and freedoms, ensures justice, and supports social stability. Students were also reminded that knowing the law is not enough; it must be followed in everyday life. Respect for others, proper behavior in public places, and compliance with university rules were discussed as key conditions for creating a safe and respectful environment.

It was also especially noted that the legal culture of students is directly related to their future professional and civic life. A young specialist who respects the law, follows order and is responsible for their actions gains trust in any environment. Students were explained that legal literacy is not just memorizing laws, but accepting them as a life principle. Every learner must, from university years, get used to justice, responsibility, mutual respect and order. These qualities contribute to strengthening peace and stability in society and forming a safe environment. This becomes the basis for their personal development, social activity and formation as a responsible citizen of the future.

Special attention was given to students’ legal culture and its connection with their future professional and civic life. A young specialist who respects the law, maintains order, and takes responsibility for their actions earns trust in any environment. Students were told that legal literacy means not only knowing laws, but also accepting them as a life principle.

During the event, explanation, question and answer, discussion, and free exchange of opinions were used. Students asked questions, received useful information, and shared their views on preventing offenses, developing responsibility, maintaining public order, and forming a civic position.

In conclusion, students understood that respect for the law and order is the foundation of a safe society. Where the law prevails, justice is established, and where order is maintained, trust and stability grow. Therefore, every student should know their rights and responsibly fulfill their duties.
