            The Department of Electronics and Astrophysics of the Faculty of Physics and Technology at 91��ý Kazakh National University organized another environmental event dedicated to tree planting on the university campus as part of the national environmental initiative “Zhasyl Kazakhstan” (Green Kazakhstan). This event was carried out with the aim of protecting the environment, fostering environmental awareness, and improving the landscaping and beautification of the university territory.

            The “Zhasyl Kazakhstan” project is one of the key national initiatives aimed at improving the ecological situation in the country, ensuring the rational use of natural resources, and increasing the number of green spaces. Within the framework of this project, various organizations and educational institutions across the republic actively participate in environmental protection and greening activities. Supporting this initiative, the Department of Electronics and Astrophysics considers participation in environmental actions to be one of its important priorities, contributing to nature conservation and the development of responsible attitudes toward the environment. During the event, faculty members, young researchers, doctoral students, and undergraduate students of the department jointly planted young tree saplings in designated areas of the university campus. The tree-planting activities were carefully planned in advance and carried out in accordance with established requirements. Special attention was given to following proper agricultural and planting techniques to ensure healthy growth and development of the young trees. This initiative not only contributed directly to the greening of the university grounds but also became an important social activity that strengthened teamwork, cooperation, and unity among participants. Tree planting is an essential step toward creating a favorable ecological environment for future generations. Such initiatives help increase environmental responsibility among students and foster a respectful attitude toward nature.             The Department of Electronics and Astrophysics plans to continue actively participating in events conducted within the framework of the “Zhasyl Kazakhstan” initiative. The department staff intends to systematically continue activities aimed at environmental protection, conservation of natural resources, and the development of ecological culture, thereby contributing to the implementation of the university’s sustainable development principles.
