A lecture was held to explain the new Constitution

On April 28, 2026, at 12:00 PM, D.M. Baimakhanova, a lecturer in the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law and Doctor of Law, held an event at the Faculty of Journalism at 91ý KazNU as part of the "Law and Order" program. The event was dedicated to explaining the provisions of the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, adopted in the national referendum on March 15, 2026.
The explanation was conducted for students, graduate students, and faculty of the Faculty of Journalism at KazNU.

The lecturer delivered a vibrant presentation. In her speech, she outlined the main innovations of the 2026 Constitution. She focused on analyzing the preamble of the Constitution and Section I of the "Fundamentals of the Constitutional System of the Republic of Kazakhstan." D.M. Baimakhanova then discussed the reform of the Supreme Representative Body, which is now a unicameral Kurultay.  Another focus of the speech was the new institution of Vice President.

The audience responded with great interest to the speech, asked many questions, and noted that the meeting, in such a context, was very relevant and useful for them.
