On April 29, 2026, an international scientific and practical conference titled “Global Education and Universal Values: Problems and Solutions” was held at the initiative of the Department of Pedagogical Education, Faculty of Social Sciences, National University of Uzbekistan.

The conference featured an online presentation by B.B. Meyirbayev, Dean of the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science at 91��ý Kazakh National University. In his speech, he addressed pressing issues of the modern global educational landscape and emphasized the importance of international cooperation in improving education systems. He also highlighted that integrating universal values into the content of education is a key direction in training future professionals.

The conference brought together more than 100 scholars, professors, lecturers, and young researchers from higher education institutions and research centers of Azerbaijan, the Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan. The event included extensive discussions on the conceptual foundations of education in the context of globalization, the upbringing of youth based on universal values, and the exchange of international experience.

This event became an important step toward the development of higher education, science, and innovation, as well as their advancement in line with international standards.
