On April 20, 2026, an informational meeting was held where doctoral student Aikul Aizhan and senior lecturer of the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics Dr. Kuanbay Aigerim shared their experience in the “Abay Vern” and “500 Scholars” scholarship programs.

During the meeting, the speakers provided updated information based on their personal experience and the latest program developments, including requirements, application stages, and key aspects of scientific internships.

Participants received practical recommendations on preparing applications and choosing research directions, and they also had the opportunity to ask questions and receive detailed answers on the topics of interest.
