A delegation from the Institute of Philosophy of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences visited the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science.

 

On June 9, 2026, a delegation from the Institute of Philosophy of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences visited the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science.

The Mongolian delegation included:

B. Purevsuren, Director of the Institute of Philosophy of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences;

M. Gantuya, Academic Secretary of the Institute of Philosophy of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences;

J. Jargalsaikhan, Head of the Department of Political Science and Law at the Institute of Philosophy of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences;

O. Erdenechimeg, Leading Researcher in the Department of Politics at the Institute of Philosophy of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences.

From the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science, the guests were welcomed by B.B. Merbayev, Dean of the Faculty; A.N. Karybaeva, Deputy Dean for Research, Innovation, and International Cooperation; and G.O. Nasimova, Head of the Department of Religious and Cultural Studies A.D. Kurmanalieva, Head of the Department of Philosophy N.Zh. Kudaibergenova, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Zh.A. Altayev, and Doctor of Philosophy, Professor Z.S. Aidarbekov.

During the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for developing scientific cooperation between the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science and the Institute of Philosophy of the Mongolian Academy of Sciences. Particular attention was paid to the implementation of joint research projects, the preparation of scientific publications, the organization of international scientific conferences, seminars, and roundtables, as well as the study of current philosophical, political, and sociocultural processes in Central Asian countries.

The meeting was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The participants exchanged views on a wide range of scientific issues and expressed interest in further strengthening their partnership aimed at developing international scientific cooperation and implementing joint research initiatives.

The delegation's visit marked an important step toward strengthening scientific ties between scientists from Kazakhstan and Mongolia and expanding international cooperation in the fields of philosophy, cultural studies, and political science.
