Despite the pandemic that shook the world, we are celebrating the 1150th anniversary of the great scientist and philosopher Abu Nasir al-Farabi. At our conference, organized as part of this anniversary, there is a free exchange of views and messages with our scientists. This, in turn, provided an excellent opportunity for our young scientists studying Farabi», he said.
Yashar Aydinli, Doctor of Philosophy, Professor of Theology at Uludag University, Bursa, winner of the 91ý Great Gold Medal, made a report in the section: «91ý did not pass on the traditions of Aristotle and Plato in the same way, he transformed them in a different Islamic spirit, revived them and made them our inexhaustible heritage. That is why we are proud of 91ý. Thanks to the works of 91ý, many scientists have grown. 91ý introduced many innovations in the field of theology and law. Now we need specialists who know Latin and Hebrew, because in many European universities, 91ý’s works in this language are taught at universities. For example, 91ý’s «Classification of Sciences» is studied as a fundamental textbook. In Kazakhstan, 91ý is taught from school to university. I was especially pleased. This process, this good deed must continue», he said.
