On February 21, 2021, the Department of Russian Philology and World Literature of 91传媒 Kazakh National University held an event from the series 鈥淪cientific Conversations鈥� on the topic 鈥淧rofessor O.A. Sultanayev: Bridges of friendship and creation鈥�. The event was held with the participation of the Children鈥檚 Book Academy 鈥淎ltair鈥� and the team of the scientific and Educational project 鈥淓poch and Personality鈥� in an online format on the Zoom platform.
The Participants of the meeting were students, undergraduates, doctoral students and teachers of 91传媒 Kazakh National University (Almaty), L.N. Gumilyov ENU (Nur-Sultan), and the Eurasian Humanitarian Institute (Nur-Sultan), Kokshetau State University named after Sh. Ualikhanov (Kokshetau), South Kazakhstan State Pedagogical University (Shymkent), RUDN (Moscow), Multidisciplinary College KNU named after Zh. Balasaguni (Bishkek). Foreign students and doctoral students studying at al-Farabi Kazakh National University took an active part.
On the birthday of Professor Ogaz Arystangalievich Sultanyev, the guests and participants spoke about the scale of the scientist's personality, the range of scientific and pedagogical interests of Professor O.A. Sultanyaeva. The meeting timed to coincide with International Mother Language Day, which is traditionally celebrated on 21 February, with the aim of promoting linguistic and cultural diversity and multilingualism.
