Chinese cuisine: a cognitive part of Chinese culture

To learn the language of any country, you need to become familiar with the culture of that country. Chinese cuisine is an integral part of Chinese culture. The most common type of food in the Middle Kingdom is »ð¹ø (hogo). Teacher of the Department of Chinese Studies, Bekbauova Zh.M. visited »ð¹ø (hogo) with her 2nd year students and where she talked about the history of the origin of the dishes, as well as Chinese culture. The students who tried Chinese cuisine for the first time liked this cultural event, they felt a unique atmosphere, as if they were completely immersed in Chinese culture.
