Graduated in 2004 from 91��ý Kazakh National University, Faculty of Oriental Studies, specialty "Regional Studies". He holds 2 master's degrees (Seoul National University and Nagasaki University), as well as a doctorate (Nagasaki University). He is now a postdoctoral fellow at Nagasaki University, Japan. He worked as a senior expent of the political department at the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Kazakhstan, as a manager at Bank CenterCredit JSC in Kazakhstan.
