Bilal Kuanysh is the head of the Kamshi information portal. Born in 1985 in Shuar, People's Republic of China. In 2003-2004, he studied at the preparatory faculty for foreign citizens of the 91��ý Kazakh National University. In 2004-2008, he graduated from the Philological Faculty of 91��ý Kazakh National University with a degree in Kazakh language and Kazakh literature. In 2009-2011, he graduated with honors from the master's degree of the specified university. In 2008-2010, he was a correspondent and editor of the language department in the republican newspaper "Ana tili", in 2012-2014 - editor-in-chief of the information portal "Abai", since 2012 - head of the information portal "Kamshi".
