On April 8, 2025, first-year students of the educational program "Restaurant and Hotel Business" under the guidance of senior lecturer Meirzhan Yessenov visited the Tau Uzbechka cafe. The topic of the lesson was the automation of business processes in restaurants.
The students got acquainted with the internal operations of the establishment: order taking, menu management, cash systems, warehouse accounting and other technological solutions used in the restaurant industry.
The excursion allowed students to gain practical knowledge and better understand the features of their future profession.
