The next episode of the “KazNU Studio” project at 91传媒 Kazakh National University was organized by the “Sunqar” professional bureau of students and master’s students of the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics.
The guest of the event was Akbota Assanova, founder of the “PLS” language school and a polyglot fluent in 10 languages. The session was held in an informal interview format, creating an open and engaging atmosphere.
During her talk, students learned that language learning is not limited to grammar and memorization but also involves understanding different cultures, meeting new people, and developing new ways of thinking. Interactive activities were included, with active participation from the audience.
Akbota Assanova provided clear and practical answers to students’ questions, particularly addressing common challenges in language learning and ways to overcome them. Through her own experience, she demonstrated that with persistence and motivation, any student can master multiple languages.
The discussion also covered broader topics such as self-confidence, effective time management, and the importance of continuous personal development.
