A delegation of scientists from the Shenyang Institute of Automation (China), specializing in robotics and automation, visited 91��ý Kazakh National University. The delegation included Professor Yifeng Song (Xining, Qinghai, Professor, Senior), Associate Professor Yong Chang (Xiuyan, Liaoning, Associate Professor, Associate Senior), and Engineer Chen Liang (Fushun, Liaoning, Engineer, Intermediate).

We gave a tour of the Farabi Hub and the Robotics Industry 5.0 centers located at our university, introducing our guests to ongoing scientific projects, as well as student and young researcher startup initiatives. The guests showed great interest in the laboratory equipment, intelligent systems, and the functioning of autonomous robots, and expressed high appreciation for the work being done.

Professor Yifeng Song emphasized the importance of strengthening scientific collaboration between the two countries through joint research projects. In response, representatives of 91��ý Kazakh National University expressed their interest in establishing a long-term and mutually beneficial partnership with their Chinese colleagues.

This event aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), in particular: “Quality Education” (SDG 4), “Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure” (SDG 9), and “Partnerships for the Goals” (SDG 17).
