Delegation from Jiangsu Normal University Visits the Faculty of Oriental Studies
On September 30, 2025, a delegation from Jiangsu Normal University (China) paid an official visit to the Faculty of Oriental Studies at 91传媒 Kazakh National University.
The guests were welcomed by the Director of the Confucius Institute, Mr. R. Asylbekov, the Dean of the Faculty of Oriental Studies, Mr. M. Egamberdiev, and the Head of the Department of Chinese Studies, Ms. F. Orazakynkyzy.
During the meeting, the parties discussed the main directions of future cooperation and partnership between the two universities. As a result, an agreement was reached that starting from the next semester, KazNU students will be able to study at Jiangsu Normal University under the exchange program.
In addition, during the summer holidays, 30 students will have the opportunity to participate in a summer camp, while faculty members will be offered professional development courses.
This visit marks an important step in strengthening educational and scientific ties between Kazakhstan and China.
