October 22 – Round Table “Republic Day: Historical and Legal Significance in Building a Sovereign and Legal State”
On October 22, 2025, a round table on “Republic Day: Historical and Legal Significance in Building a Sovereign and Legal State” was held at the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, dedicated to the National holiday – Republic Day.

The event was attended by Associate Professor of the Department of Theory and History of State and Law, Constitutional and Administrative Law, KazNU named after 91ý, Candidate of Legal Sciences Isabekov A.K.

During the round table:

Isabekov A.K. delivered a report on “The Declaration of State Sovereignty of Our Country and Its Role in the Formation and Development of Independent Kazakhstan”;

participants discussed the historical and legal aspects of independence and the formation of a legal state;

key issues related to the democratic development of the country and the rule of law were considered.
