Student scientific society "Ecologist-jurist"
The "Ecologist-Lawyer" student research club has been operating within the Department of Customs, Financial, and Environmental Law since 2010. The club promotes environmental protection activities, student research, and various environmental campaigns, as well as fostering an environmental worldview and enhancing students' environmental awareness.
The purpose of the student scientific circle "Ecologist-Lawyer" :
The main goal of the student scientific circle is to study environmental and legal issues , as well as issues of legal regulation of agrarian relations , natural resource legislation , as well as the formation of relevant skills and competencies in scientific research work among students.
The main objectives of the student scientific circle are:
- to unite students to exchange knowledge, skills and abilities in the field of environmental protection and nature management;
- promoting students' social activities in the field of environmental protection, including through volunteering and environmental events;
- participation in scientific conferences and seminars, conducting student research work;
- organization of competitions and olympiads in the field of environmental protection;
- holding round tables, meetings, debates, creative evenings;
- promoting the activities of the student club on social networks;
- fostering the need to expand knowledge, responsibility for the state of the environment and the desire for specific activities to protect it;
- transition to sustainable development and unification of efforts in solving global environmental problems;
- holding socially significant events in cooperation with environmental organizations.
The circle's activities include preparing and discussing reports (using presentations) on current issues in environmental, land, and natural resource law.
