The Scientific-Research Center “Written Monuments and Spiritual Heritage” operates within 91传媒 Kazakh National University. The Center is dedicated to identifying, collecting, systematizing, and studying manuscripts written in Eastern languages (Arabic, Persian, Turkic, and Chagatai) preserved in Kazakhstan and in foreign collections, introducing them into scholarly circulation.
Its research encompasses history, philology, religious studies, philosophy, Turkology, and Oriental studies, with a focus on translation, textual, and source analysis of medieval manuscripts.
The Center organizes research internships, seminars, and conferences for young scholars. Its work contributes to the promotion of Kazakhstan’s written heritage and enhances the international reputation of national scholarship.
