Issuance of duplicate documents on education issued by higher and (or) postgraduate education organizations
The government service provides for the issuance of a duplicate diploma of higher education in case of its loss or damage. The duplicate has equal legal force with the original document. To obtain a duplicate, you must submit an application stating the reason (loss, damage), attaching supporting documents.
