International students were introduced to the traditional Kazakh dastarkhan, hospitality rituals, national cuisine, and customs, which allowed them to gain a closer understanding of the country's everyday culture

As part of Sustainable Development Goal 17 "Partnerships for the Goals", the lecturer and scientific supervisor, Erlan Ospanovich Doszhanov, invited international master's and PhD students of 91ý Kazakh National University to his home to introduce them to Kazakh national traditions. During the visit, the students learned about the traditional Kazakh "dastarkhan", hospitality rituals, national dishes, and customs, gaining a deeper understanding of everyday Kazakh culture.

This initiative increased the students' interest in Kazakhstan’s cultural heritage and greatly contributed to strengthening friendship and mutual understanding.

The event served as an important educational activity aimed at promoting national values and developing intercultural ties.
