It was emphasized that cleanliness is an important value reflecting not only the condition of the environment but also a person’s inner culture and sense of responsibility. Special attention was paid to maintaining sanitary and hygienic standards in educational institutions, keeping classrooms and common areas clean, proper waste disposal, and fostering environmental awareness.
In addition, the importance of developing a conscious attitude among young people toward nature conservation, preventing environmental pollution, preserving clean water and air, and expanding green spaces as a civic responsibility was highlighted.
