Ways of increasing scientific potential are considered
In order to increase the scientific potential of the Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Director of the Department of Science and Innovation Kuanysh Tastambek held a meeting with teachers and scientists of the Faculty of Philology.
During the meeting, the main directions of science and innovation development, project financing opportunities, as well as issues of participation in international and national grant programs were discussed. In addition, special attention was paid to supporting young scientists, improving the quality of publications and requirements for the placement of articles in reputable international scientific journals.
Kuanysh Tastambek stressed that the scientific activity of each faculty, including the Faculty of Philology, is important to strengthen the role of KazNU as a research university. He spoke about the methodological and organizational support provided by the department and encouraged academic staff to actively participate in research projects.
During the meeting, faculty members expressed their suggestions and asked questions on topical issues of organizing scientific activities.
