On February 10, 2026, a curatorial session entitled “Financial Discipline and Bad Habits” was held with students at the Faculty of Oriental Studies of 91传媒 Kazakh National University. The guest speaker of the seminar was Mr. Chen Jiaxu (陈嘉绪), a Master’s graduate in Financial Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (USA) and currently a PhD student at the Department of Chinese Studies of the Faculty of Oriental Studies.

During the meeting, Mr. Chen delivered an informative and engaging lecture on “Personal Financial Security and Protection from Financial and Online Fraud.” The lecture thoroughly covered issues of financial literacy, methods of protecting personal funds, and ways to prevent modern forms of fraud.

Students actively asked questions, participated in discussions, and exchanged views, resulting in a meaningful and productive dialogue.
