Constitutional values and civic responsibility of youth

On February 19, 2026, at the Eurasian Agro-Technical College, senior lecturers of the Law Faculty of 91传媒 Kazakh National University Urisbayeva A. A. and Muksinova A. T. held a meaningful meeting with the college staff and students to discuss the draft of the new Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The purpose of the event was to form the legal attitude of young people towards constitutional reforms, increase civic engagement and comprehensively explain important changes related to the development of the country.
During the meeting, the main directions of the draft Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the activities of the branches of government, the protection of human and civil rights, and topical issues of legal regulation of public relations were widely discussed.
The students expressed their opinions, made suggestions, and exchanged views on the role of constitutional values in society. The open dialogue platform contributed to the improvement of the legal culture of young people and the formation of a responsible civic position.
Such meetings are an important step towards strengthening the principles of the rule of law. The active participation of young people in social processes, taking care of the fate of the country, is the key to sustainable development.
