Event Dedicated to the Day of Gratitude
On February 26, 2026, an educational event dedicated to March 1 — Gratitude Day was held at the initiative of G.A. Kuanaliyeva, Head of the Department of Customs, Financial and Environmental Law, and R.T. Bektursyn, Advisor of Group 128.
During the event, students expressed their sincere gratitude to their parents, teachers, and all those who supported them along their life journey. The participants emphasized that the culture of gratitude is not merely a norm of etiquette, but a foundation of social harmony and mutual respect. It was particularly noted that gratitude serves as a spiritual bridge that unites society.
This initiative aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals defined by the United Nations, in particular SDG 16 — “Peace, Justice and Strong Institutions.” Public harmony, trust, and social stability begin with mutual respect and appreciation among people.
Such events not only enhance students’ sense of civic responsibility but also strengthen the values that contribute to building a just and peaceful society in the future. In an environment where gratitude becomes a tradition, trust and stability gain a lasting foundation.
