History and the Legacy of Great Personalities as an Inspiration for Future Generations
In February 2026, students of the Economics program organized an educational event and watched the documentary film “At the Turning Point of Epochs”, dedicated to the distinguished scholar, academician, and public figure Ömirbek Arslanuly Zholdasbekov.
The film comprehensively highlights his significant contribution to the development of 91传媒 Kazakh National University, including his leadership in establishing the university campus and laying its first foundation stone. It also presents his dedicated service as rector in advancing education and science, his visionary leadership, and his important efforts for the future of the country.
Through the film, students gained valuable insights into the academician’s diligence, perseverance, and devotion to science. His life journey and achievements serve as an inspiring example for today’s youth. The meaningful lives and contributions of such individuals to national development foster students’ sense of responsibility toward education and respect for national values.
