Educational event "Unity Shanyraq" was held
The educational event "Unity Shanyraq", dedicated to Shanyraq Day, was held at the al-Farabi Kazakh National University.
The main goal is to promote family values and strengthen unity in the team and among university students.
The event was opened by Bakytzhan Omarov, Member of the Board, Vice–Rector for Sustainable Social Development of KazNU. In his speech, he stressed the special social importance of such initiatives in the education of young people.
The festive meeting was attended by married couples working at the university, family graduates and students who shared their life experiences. The participants exchanged views on the importance of mutual support, mutual understanding and respect in the family.
Several interactive sections were organized as part of the program. In particular, in the "Happiness Formula" game, the participants identified the basic values of a happy family and placed them on a symbolic shanyrak. The motivational platforms "Challenge Couples" and "Family Council" discussed topical issues of a harmonious combination of professional career and family life.
In addition, in the creative section "Letter to my future family", students shared their sincere wishes and plans for the future.
At the end of the holiday, the participants held a ceremony of tying ribbons to the symbolic shanyrak, which represents the unity and well-being of each family.
