Within the framework of the “Taza Kazakhstan” initiative, a football tournament was held under the theme “Together We Are Stronger: Faculty and Students in Sports.”
On March 14, a football tournament was organized among students and faculty members by the Department of Geography, Land Management and Cadastre of the Faculty of Geography and Environmental Management under the theme “Together We Are Stronger: Faculty and Students in Sports.”
The main purpose of this sporting event was to promote a healthy lifestyle, strengthen team spirit, and enhance interaction between students and faculty. In addition, the event was held in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 3 “Good Health and Well-being,” aiming to improve participants’ health and encourage an active lifestyle.
During the competition, participants demonstrated high enthusiasm, unity, and strong team spirit. The football tournament was intense and engaging, with each team striving for victory. As a result of the competition, the best players were identified and active participants were awarded.
Such sporting events not only strengthen unity within the department but also contribute to effective leisure activities and the overall well-being of students.
