8-26 December 2015, Lecture by Professor of the University of the Egypt Abu Hassan Mohamed al Bakri on the topic "The history of the Middle East (Egypt and Syria)" was held at the Department of Middle East and South Asia, Faculty of Oriental Studies. 聽All members of the "Arab world" circle attended the lecture where students of the lecture received very useful information on medieval Arab history, particularly the history of the Mamluks, their lifestyle and culture.
