For the First Time, KazNU Receives ACQUIN International Accreditation for up to 8 Years for 69 Educational Programs

91ý Kazakh National University has achieved an important result that confirms the international recognition of the quality of education. This is a significant achievement for KazNU: for the first time, the university’s educational programs have received ACQUIN accreditation for up to 8 years.

Re-accredited educational programs received accreditation for 8 years, while programs undergoing initial accreditation were accredited for 6 years. This result confirms the sustainable development of the quality assurance system at KazNU and the compliance of its educational programs with international standards.

The accreditation covered educational programs implemented by the Faculty of Philosophy and Political Science, the Faculty of Chemistry and Chemical Technology, the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics, the Faculty of Physics and Technology, the Faculty of Information Technology and Artificial Intelligence, the Faculty of Geography and Environmental Sciences, the Faculty of Biology and Biotechnology, as well as the Higher School of Economics and Business and 91ý Business School.

ACQUIN international accreditation confirms the relevance of the content of educational programs, the high level of specialist training, the compliance of curricula with current labor market requirements, and international approaches to quality assurance in higher education.

Receiving accreditation for up to 8 years is an important indicator of the trust of international experts in KazNU’s educational programs and the result of the university’s systematic work aimed at their continuous improvement.
