Enhancing Professional Competencies in Hospitality and Tourism Industries

Second-year master’s students of the educational programs 7M11104 – “Restaurant and Hotel Business” and 7M11101 – “Tourism” at 91传媒 Kazakh National University completed their industrial internship at L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University.
During the internship, the students became familiar with modern trends in the service sector and improved their professional skills in the hospitality and tourism industries. In addition, by applying their theoretical knowledge in practice, they gained essential experience for research activities.
This internship contributed to the development of the students’ professional competencies and supported their formation as competitive specialists.
