New opportunities are opening up for scientists and students
Chairman of the Board – Rector of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University Zhanseit Tuimebayev met with Albert Kumukov, Vice-Rector for International Affairs of the North Caucasus Federal University.
The parties discussed the development of cooperation in the field of higher education, the expansion of academic mobility and the implementation of joint educational programs. Special attention was also paid to the exchange of experience in improving performance in international rankings.
During the meeting, Zhanseit Tuimebayev provided information on innovative projects developed by KazNU scientists and noted that the university's research centers and laboratories are equipped with the most modern equipment. In his speech, the rector stressed that KazNU has great potential for enhancing partnership with the North Caucasus Federal University in the scientific field.
In turn, Albert Kumukov expressed gratitude to the management and staff of the educational institution for their attention and expressed readiness to further strengthen partnerships.
Following the negotiations, the parties agreed to create a special work plan. After the meeting, the guest of honor visited the centers and laboratories, familiarized with the scientific infrastructure of the university.
